Your puppy comes with a health guarantee, vet checked, current vaccinations, and de-worming schedule..

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, we, the seller, assumes no further responsibility.

Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking it up, you need to be aware of this, aware that this guarantee does not cover this.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers that are signed and transfers the puppy back to us. Puppy must be returned in good condition!

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sold responsibility of  the purchaser and under no circumstances will be paid by us!

Buyer is responsible  for transportation costs to and from us.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies! There is no way we can guarantee the color or size of a puppy now or as an adult.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to ensure immunity against disease.

This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

We want to provide you with a pet that will be a family companion for years to come.

                                                     SALES CONTRACT

This contract is between seller and buyer. If you resale your puppy, we will not be responsible to replace a puppy that you may have put in a home that doesn't provide the kind of care a puppy must have to thrive and be healthy, or into a home that doesn't know how to care for small breed puppies, or is unfamiliar with the characteristics of pure breed, small puppies.
